Ncuti Gatwa Continues Award Sweep with Scottish BAFTA ‘Best Actor’ Win

Ncuti Gatwa is on an award sweep after winning his second acting award in two days for playing Eric in SEX EDUCATION. Yesterday, he took the Performance of the Year trophy at the Rose d’Or Awards, which recognise TV from across the globe.

Gatwa, who moved to Scotland as a toddler when his family fled the Rwandan genocide, was also nominated for a BAFTA TV Award earlier this year, and was named on The Hollywood Reporter’s list of Rising Young Stars last month.

And The C21 Winner Is…

C21 Digital Media aired their virtual Award Ceremony this evening and Eleven are celebrating along with the cast and crew of SEX EDUCATION for Asa Butterfield, who has picked up the award for ‘Best Individual Performance in a Comedy-Drama Series’ for his excellent performance.

Congratulations to the hugely talented Ncuti Gatwa for his well-deserved nomination in the same category.

SEX EDUCATION and Ncuti Gatwa Recognised by Rose d’Or

Another day, another virtual award ceremony…

This afternoon the 59th Rose d’Or Awards Ceremony aired, and we’re thrilled to announce that SEX EDUCATION has taken the Comedy Drama and Sitcom trophy.

Cast member Ncuti Gatwa was also individually recognised for his portrayal of Eric with the Performance of the Year award, which is bestowed for an outstanding performance in the past 12 months.
